Refund & Return Policy

All returns and exchanges must be completed in person at:
93 King Street, Delhi, Ontario

Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Item

  • Gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

Merchandise may be exchanged for a different size only, and must be brought in person to 93 King Street, Delhi, Ontario.
Exchanges are available only if the item is unused and in original condition.

Refunds

Once your item is returned and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original method of payment within a standard processing period.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company—processing delays may occur.

  3. Contact your bank.

If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refund, email us at orders@lounge33.ca.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
